Welcome

Our vision at Burlescombe C of E School is ‘Climb to your highest, for yourself, for others and for God.  Everything we do at Burlescombe is about supporting our pupils to be the very best version of themselves and helping others to do the same.  The Bible says,“Let us not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up” – Galatians 6:9.

Our inspiring curriculum supports each child by not only focusing on academic excellence but also metacognition and character. This vision and values approach to the curriculum means that children learn through a range of meaningful experiences, giving them a thirst for learning and a desire to do what they can to make a positive contribution to the local community and beyond.

We are committed to using innovative approaches, sharing talents in our own school, Multi-Academy Trust and beyond and collaborating to provide the best experiences we can for our children.

We hope you find the website useful and welcome visits to the school, appointments can be made by contacting the school office.
